a. Since it takes some time for the game to be available in the store, the downloadable time of the game will vary in different regions.

b. English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Russian, and Simplified Chinese are supported.

[Rebate Rules for CBT participants]

a. To reward our players who supported us during the previous CBT phase, we're offering a rebate on recharges made during CBT. For each recharge, you'll earn a corresponding value voucher. Additionally, 50% of the total recharge value will be rebated as CompCores during the Open Beta phase.

b. To receive the rebate, please ensure that you log in with the account that was used to recharge during the CBT. Rebate will be delivered to the character mailbox.

c. Please note that only the first character created on the account that meets the conditions will be eligible for the rebate during OBT. The rebate cannot be claimed multiple times.

d. Please be aware that any CompCores obtained through the rebate will not be eligible for other activity rewards within the game. 

📌Important Notice: To clarify, rebates will exclusively be granted to characters created on EST servers. If you've recharged on CBT servers and haven't requested your rebate on DST servers, but plan to play on HKT and EU, which share a similar time-zone setting, please contact Customer Support and provide us the relevant information, we will manually operate in 48 hours.

If you created a character during the Closed Beta Test period and purchased two $9.99 gift packs under your account, you'll be eligible for a total of two $9.99 vouchers and 600 CompCores based on the total recharge amount.

Once you've created your first character during the OBT phase, you can claim your vouchers and CompCores.
